the new interface

I know this has been said over and over again, but I am going to repeat it.

the new interface has serious issues with it that need to be resolved it is a huge memory hog. sometimes you have to scroll through hundreds of images just to get to the Forum link at the bottom. I often have to quit my browser and close everything I am working on, which might be 10 or 15 different other unrelated browser tabs, just because pond5 is causing my computer to slow down to a turtle pace.

I think I have to quit my browser at least once or twice a day just because of the pond5 interface, which means closing every window for all other projects I am working on, many of which I do not want to close.

the interface is very clunky and often the screen is scrolling long after I have requested it to do so, and it often just doesn't respond.

I find it difficult to do things like adding templates because of the clunkiness of the interface. the interface should always be simple.

the collections bar at the bottom is clunky. I am often accidentally adding strange clips to random bins, and I have to often go in and fix them.

if for whatever reason someone has a slow connection, even if just temporarily, you should detect it and stream a lower res version of the clip.

also I am not sure if this is true, but I suspect that the system is slower before 11:35pm when the sales report is done. I will keep testing but I just noticed that afterwards, the system seemed to operate better. might have just been a coincidence.

as a seller, I often just give up on keywording because I can't stand the awful site performance. who wants to wait 1 minute for the chance to edit a clip? it just leads to sloppier work out of frustration. I am surprised at how long I have to wait for a clip to start streaming (I hope you are using fast start streaming!). I need to view each clip to keyword them more accurately, but it takes too long for clips to start, and I often give up.

keep up the good working but please take these issues seriously.
