All Footage lost on Damaged Harddrive - Can I download my own clips?

Desperately trying to find a way to download my clips from pond5 as all my hard work was somehow lost suddenly with a hard drive that simply decided to die for no apparent reason at the most inconvenient time :/

If anyone knows how this is possible please let me know.

And they likely won't be able to let you download ALL of your clips, but you may be able to ship them a hard drive for them to fill up and send back to you.
