Editorial Photos/Footage question

What is the policy on editorial photos and footage with deceased persons?

I have photos/footage from a motorcycle accident where there was a fatality. The body is covered and not visible, although some blood can be seen on the cover.

The face of the death person is covered and you should not name him/her in your description/headline/keywords. That's it..
I don't see any problem..

ya, I don't even think it would be editorial, unless you can see anything that could identify them

It is editorial, accident with perhaps police there.

Yeah, I did a search here, on Shutterstock, and iStock and there is footage/photos with dead bodies covered.
