ISO is at 800 (keep it below 1000 for no grain)
Its the handle bar to an exercise bike.

I turned off all the lights, and closed the curtains so there was just a little light, I also lit a candle, so there is candle light illumination.Shot with kmount film japanese lense in 1.4 f so there is high DOF
Its been compressed 3 times
once naturally, once again to jpeg, and then again for image shack.
