1) Can I open a Canon AVCHD clip in QuickTime Pro and then 2) Save it as PJEPG at 90% quality?

Odesigns,

I made some different tests on Keyframes, the different in file size is not that hugh. But without keyframes setting the file size is 6 times more. So I think I can live with 15 keyframes. Thanks
