Request payout?

Soooooo... how on Earth do I request a payout? The last time I did it was back in January, and for some reason I can't remember how to do this now? I just checked off the "Send out payment when the balance is over $25" and the "Send out payment for this month only" and I have no idea whether or not if this actually does anything? Shouldn't you receive an email that tells you that you or someone just requested a payout?
