Photo-Jpg, what % quality

Would be interested in a few votes and opinions.
Originally I decided to use quality 95% as that suited all agencies and I thought the quality would be optimum. (I appreciate that 100% is not de rigueur)
However now that I'm shooting 4K, I'm keen to get the sizes (and upload times) down a little.
I think most here render at lower than 95% - what's the consensus?
So has anyone (with better eyes than me) done or seen any tests as to where 90%, 85% & 80% lie in the quality stakes?

http://mizamook.com/?p=110 Obviously not 4K, but so far no difference perceived in relative quality.

Thanks for the link - very interesting.
How come you chose to test 75.4, 86.8 and 93.4?
I'm going to do some tests, when I've time next week, but have dropped to 90% in the meantime.

I'd be interested to hear your results.
The weird percentages were because they were handy preset "stops" on the quality slider in Vegas Pro. I currently use 88.5%
