Why isn’t everybody uploading H.265 codec?

I don't think H.265 is available as a codec in Adobe products. Unless I'm mistaken.
I'm uploading everything in ProRes but will play with H.265 when it's available to see if there is any difference in quality.

I have sold h.264 and one of my best sellers is in h.264. I think it sells better today than 2 years ago although currently I keep uploading in photojpeg.

Seems to be two threads on same subject. Although the h.265 is different than h.264 so it is a good discussion thread still.
I checked with P5 a while back. They do not accept h.265 Yes h.265 is available as an Adobe plug-in (not part of Adobe itself) but if the agencies are not ready to accept it it would not be a good choice.
