Hi Friend,

Welcome, we've just gone through this process ourselves, so i hope this helps. below are some links on how to do this:

http://help.pond5.com/hc/en-us/articles/200943893-How-do-I-Upload-and-Attach-a-Model-or-Property-Release-

If the HTML uploader "drag
n'Drop" doesn't work use the locate file process, if this doesn't work for you, then use the FTP process:

http://help.pond5.com/hc/en-us/articles/200944073-How-Do-I-Upload-Media-Using-The-FTP-Uploader-?flash_digest=080fe31a55ec78f3713008855bc1bb64f726b4ad

You will need to create an FTP password, it's not your log in account, this can be done, click on the "uploads" option, and click on the "upload new file", on the next page, on the bottom corner, your'll see "Feeling old fashioned? Use our FTP." use the "choose password" enter here, don't use your login password, it won't execpt it.

Now this is set, use a program like "FileZilla" and connect.

Once connected, create a folder called "Releases" then upload your release files, all of them.

Once uploaded, go to your "my uploads" and check the file you want to attached, now in actions select "releases" and you'll see the files from the folder you've created to attach.

then just rinse and repeat the files then need release attachments.

I hope this helps,

welcome once again.

Also, make sure your "own" forms have a witness signature as well, or they'll be rejected.
