Looking for something like Lonely Shephard

There is a music piece called Lonely shepherd, performed by George Zamfir (one of the leading performers on Pan's flute) and (i think) James Last orchestra. I like that music a lot and would like to use it in my video and post it on you tube, nothing commercial. However it seems that such music can't simply be purchesed on a stock music sites. I certailnly couldn't find it on pond 5, prermiumbeat or similar sites. Am I right? Is there a way to do that?
If not, is there anything (very very) similar on the market which is available. I have seen several videos on You Tube with that music used and they don't seem to have any problem with copyright. Obviously they either purchased rights or got some kind of permission from the rights owner. But How?

perhaps they used that tune before they tightened up on the copyright laws - in relatively recent times. Also I have noticed that You Tube will not allow some free Royalty Free tunes to be used if the user wishes to make money from advertising (placed by You Tube) on their clip. This seems fair to me, although some complain. For example, i have seen people saying things like "i can't make money from the free music i obtained, but i do not wish to pay for Royalty Free Music". The 'i want something for nothing' argument. Most music is very reasonably priced at Pond5 and those wingers should pay a little I believe. Sooo if you have set your clip to make money from the adverts and can find the tune, you could try changing that setting.

That said, Lonely Shepherd is a great piece of music. I did not know what you meant but i looked it up (on You Tube lol) and instantly remembered it. It must have been engrained in my head somewhere from sometime. I'd like to have a go at making a piece like that but honestly, I don't think I could do it justice. Finger picking guitar may be i could do, violins etc i could get close - but the pan pipe no i can't, it would be some synthesizer substitute im afraid.
