Hi All,
I am new to video and 4K. Been experimenting with the new Panasonic LX-100. It shoots 4K.
1) Is the video format (Mpeg4) accepted by Pond5?
2) What is the workflow to downscale? I am using Premier CS6.
Sorry for the newbie question and many thanks.

simple, just set new size to 1920x1080 and export just like you do for 4K.

Why downscale? are you selling 4k and 1080p of same clip?

Hi RekindlePhoto and Dapoopta,
Strangely, i shorten the export clip (on Premier Pro CS6 on photojpeg) and it works. I couldn't do it before. So sorry for the trouble!

Is there a reason why you want to down scale your 4k clips

Hi Diverroy,
Yes! I was thinking it is one way of making the footage sharper and crispy. haha

I'm sure we will shortly hear that if we submit 4K do not upload the HD version anymore.

I've been submitting the 4k for about $150 per clip and the same clip in 1080 for $75. I have sold clips as 4k res and the same clip sold as 1080 res as well. it would rock for the system to offer downzieds versions but I dont mind submitting both versions.
