Can't see how that would be possible. Until the upload has finshed the file won't be on the system that the Edit web pages have access to.

To save a bit of time I suppose you could submit clips for review with token keywords then go back and fill out the fields correctly later.

Or, while the clips are uploading create a .csv file and apply the file to the clips as soon as the uploads have finished.

it is entitely possible and really easy to do...and not a .csv file in sight.

Just a simple upload form with item name, description, meta tags, and price, etc... then click Upload. Done.
I think Pond5 is about the only stock site that doesn't do this. quite archaic really.
