Maybe you have forgotten something such as source, (camera for example) .It usually happens to me.

Select the file in the list by checking the box on the right most side of the line.
Then go to the pull down menu at the bottom of the list, select "Send to curator" and click the button.
Then wait several weeks for your files to be reviewed.

Really wow, thank you I struggle with things like this, due to dyslexia which can quickly lead to confusion and frustration, I'm fine once I understand some thing, like a notice saying your file is currently being reviewed the miniman period for this is 48 hours but due to what ever it may take weeks. Also a Curator has different conitation in the us as it does in scotland and england, I imagined it was a third party who may collect images for a living, rather than the support team of Pond5.
So I imagine that continually up loading images on a daily basis would mean eventually they will be rejected or accepted on a daiily basis. Ok but yesterday I shot 60 beautiful commercial clips, some of world heritage value, this time I switched the mic off as I'm just uploading the raw files, my work is perhaps a little heavy and colourfull but that is the way I see things, it may all get rejected for all I know or I may make a grand from it, what exactly are pond5 doing for the grand they would make from selling it, why so little staff !
Oddly I can link the videos to facebook and the like and for all I know people could purchase the product from following the link.
Now I must admitt these are the first videos I've ever shot, but I know the photographic industry inside out and have worked for the bbc, British Museum and other major institutions, I can judge the quality of my work compared to similar videos here and since I'm trading in my own name extremely unlikley to break any laws. Is there no way of becoming a trusted member or opt for a fast track checking system for quality and content, should there be ? Or even a buddy system with established video photographers here.
I'm going to be shooting a lot of video, and potentially have 30 years worth of photographs to up load some where, I like the profilt spit here (comparitivly) but waiting a month for an ok will only lead to frustration with the system for me, I'll lose track basically, sure I could add all the info to a spread sheet bulk up load n such but they way my brain works checking some thing was rejected and fixing it weeks later would be really confusing, I'd hate it infact.

Facebook likes will never mean anything will sell. FB is a mutual admiration society ;). Facebook might send people to P5 to see what is available. Yes it is frustration with long curation times. Agree, long term artists should have a fast track ... Maybe after 10,000 approved uploads :) Good luck.

@RekindlePhoto thank you I just took a quick look at your work and see you travel and sell well here, it seems as a newbie that the glacier shot has earned nearly 800 dollars, very good though you had to go there shoot and probably edit, with a fair amount of confidence in netting some sales, but to me from the curators side all was needed was some one on the planet to access the file you'd uploaded and ok it, basically a couple of minuets per file. Now I'm aware the pond5 is one of the most generous partners and others may take more and possibly do less, but it would I think be in everyones interest if we could fire work on here much faster
