add xx-number of priority review to each contributor and multi tag photos

Hi
Just a thought that each contributor should be able to get xx number of "priority" reviews tickets. for instance each contributor get 20 priority reviews "tickets" a year to use on photos or videos that are time critical for sales or are really newsworty and could generate good sales within the "happening" window.
The other thing is that is should be a option to multi tag photos like you can do with videos and not the "template"function that takes forever.
I love pond5 and I think they are the fairest site online but some adjustments on user interface and function is needed
