Is it possible to see statistics about which frame rate per second FPS is best selling, 25,24,30?

Kind of.You can try doing searches excluding framerates in the advanced options to gain data about which framerates seem to prevail in number of files and sales.
ntsc seems to have the upper hand in general but that doesnt say much.

30 can be converted to 25 and 24. So it is more "universal".
