a good read. ive heard of fine art artist with the work ethic of 9 - 5 with an hour off for lunch etc. to be committed to art as an income some kind of personal regime probably needs to be employed. I employ the three steps u mentioned and the third "listen to the music of others' is and has always been perhaps the most powerful. In fact I started playing guitar 30+ years ago because i like the sound others were making and it is still true today. Thanks SP
