widget vs iphone

Is there a way to make the P5 widget work on an iphone?

I don't think Apple will ever support flash on iOS (iPhone and iPad).

It is possible to replicate simple animations like the widget in HTML5 but the animations will most likely be a bit jerky.

Not sure we'll try to recreate the widget in HTML5, those efforts would be better spent doing something directly for iPhone (and the droids). What would be your use for the widget?

My personal site is getting updated. Moving over to WordPress and making it compatible with mobile devices. The idea with the widget was to use it to display the content of various clip bins I've made on P5. Works fine on a computer but tanks on the iphone and ipad. My web person is now looking for another way to achieve this.
I think this:http://m.pond5.com is looking pretty good. The animations from the widget would be nice but the basic thing is just to find a simple, dynamic way to show the footage in various bins.

I would simply do a quick screen capture of the bin and make that a simple image (jpeg) that is hot and takes the user to the actual bin.- I am already doing some experiments whenever I have a moment. But better yet - I know QR codes work really well on smart phones to take peeps to where you want them to go. The widget just isn't gonna cut it even if it worked on smart phones. The vids would be puny. I'd rather see the individual clips via the actual bin.
