The page I linked above, for you here again, details all of our currently accepted formats. These are the upload specification requirements your videos need to meet before they can even be curated.

PhotoJpeg is indeed an accepted codec, but it is of course still possible to have a PhotoJpeg item rejected. I'll see if I can find out more about the conversion system and how it relates to some of these rejections, maybe it's a technical issue.
I know it's taking a while, almost a week now, but I am still working on getting some curation standards information for everyone. I don't think there will ever be a set of guidelines that you could use to predict with 100% accuracy what we will and won't accept, but we don't have much of anything right now so we ought to at least come up with something for you guys. I know video with correct codes has no guarantee for accepting.
I will upload less to P5.
P5 obviously put more barrier to stop artist uploading new clips. That is P5's new policy, we have nothing to say.
IMO: Instead of accepting new material P5 should delete those old, non-sellable footage.
