So for 4 months I havent sold a single things. I couldnt figure out why, as I actually uploaded new stuff so statistically if I was selling before and I added new stuff, I should probably still continue to sell stuff. Then when I visited a page I got a notice that I needed to upload an ID. I hadnt seen this message before. When I went to upload my ID it said my files can not be sold till I update my ID. Is this why I havent sold anything? Was I blocked from selling stuff or am I misunderstanding what it says?

You have to submit an ID before January 2016. You are not blocked from selling. You have only 200 clips in a sea of 4 million. I began to get monthly sales when a reached 800.

Well 2 things, the way it is worded, it appears to say that you are blocked from selling until you upload your ID. So that's was why I was wondering. And prior to July I *WAS* getting monthly sales, thats why I was wondering if the ID situation had blocked me.

cinecameratv has got it right.
Brand new artists cannot upload to their accounts prior to verification. Pre-existing artists, as in artists who had accounts before our verification system went live, like loki1982, don't now and never did face any form of similar restrictions. They can still upload, sell, and receive payment. The only accounts that can't upload are brand new ones.
