Talent Release

I attached model releases to the videos that needed them, but when they were approved, and i look at them it shows....
Talent Release: No
Did I do something wrong? Please help, I know they will not sell without the releases. Thanks -Sandi

After attaching files, you must give edit info about them. On My Uploads you have a number after the paper clip. Mouse over this number and click the file name to edit.

Did you do this after the upload to identify them as model releases?

Thanks Neils, I just did, did not know that had to be done. Although that has not changed anything. It still shows "Talent Release: No" Hmmmmm, is there something else I might be missing?

I don't think it will be sent to the curator again. You could try to hit the button "Submit to curator" - but even better write and tell them...

I wrote an email to the curators, I might submit them again with a note to the curators, that might be quicker.....thanks -Sandi

When ever you make a change such as that, it takes a few hours for the databases to update. So be patient... A simpler trick is before submitting to curator, use the check boxes next to the clips that need a release, then at the bottom simply select attach release to checked clips (or something like that). This way you only need to upload a release once and it will automatically attach it to all checked clips. This is great if you have several shots using the same models or property. Just a cool trick - FYI

I have emailed, and resubmitted, and even got an email after I resubmitted asking why I resubmitted them, even though I added a note to curator to the resubmission. HELP!! What am I doing wrong? I replied to their email and still, no response, just their one email asking why I had resubmitted. I do not understand why no one is answering me, only checking my submissions. I am hoping someone from P5 will read this and give me an answer. I am desperate, I can not sell anything that does not have a model release attached :(

I'm having the same problem, can't seem to change the 'no' status of the 'talent released' field.

What should I be adding into the description when adding a description to the model release. At the moment I have the model name in the 'filename' field, release agreement in the 'category' field and "model release for model's name" in the 'description' field. Then I submit. What am I doing wrong?

Any help for a newbie would be appreciated

Thanks :-)

I think pretty much what has been working for me. But seems to be a suddenly generated general problem:
