Account disabled but this is mistake ... how to reach them, nothing helps...

Hello guys, I have a problem at Pond5. They disabled my account saying that this is not my media. But this is mistake, I already had several verifications and even uploaded video of one of my projects I produce. Almost a yearI had sellings here at Pond5.
All was fine even with their technical issues happening from time to time when all files became hidden and both sides had no sellings because of that. They said a bug. Ok ok ! But now ... what is happening?
wrote to all the curators (even via FB), help center, support, everybody is quiet and it seems that it is normal practics here, to close account without any conversation even. I heared of that once. Who had similar problems and can advise what to do. I have absolutely nothing to hide, it's my media. Will be very thankful, guys for help.
