Newbie here, help me understand, it makes 2 files out of every upload I am doing.
Is this normal, can you help me understand what each file is and why it does it?
Is one a better res than the other?
Can I delete one, keep the other? I have to keep both?
Is one worth more than the other?
Thanks!

It should be one clip per upload. At least, I've never experienced this double clip thing before.

Are those clips in the same length? If not, it might mean that you have to set your FTP program to "resume upload" instead of "restart upload".

Hi guys
When you upload a clip in ProRes, our system creates an automatic H.264 proxy. There's no need to delete either file, as both should be available for sale.
