Search for numbers as keywords won't work

I see some new clips for New Years such as 2007 and 2008 clips they however can't be found by searching using numbers as the keyword such as "2007".
It seems as no numbers work as keywords.
Just thought I'd make this known.

Numbers are normally assumed to be itemid:s so you wont have to type the item:number thing. I made an exception for the 2000-2011 range.
