html code website video fullscreen

Has anyone of you a html code to include fullscreen video into a website (same like here at the frontpage)?
Of course it must have the possibility for auto-fit in different display sizes.

There are Wordpress (and HTML-only) themes that do this pretty easily. I do it on http://www.orlowskidesigns.com using http://themeforest.net/item/tides-fullscreen-video-single-page-template/5957384 which has versions for Wordpress and stand-alone HTML sites.

As i understand your theme is a complete website layout or design. I need code to include in my existing website(s).
I think http://codecanyon.net/item/html5-video-player-fullscreen-video-background/8489365?s_rank=4 is what i need.
Now i'm only unsure because i read their support doesn't include "installation" help, what do i get exactly. Is it code which i can include in my frontpage with my simple html knowledge, or is it more complex with CSS or so and needs some informatic knowledge?

Basically i thought a simple html code to include in my frontpage code header will do the job. Anything like:
