How to contact an author?

I would like to know how I can get in contact with the author I purchased from?

There used to be a message button next to the author's name. Seems that isn't there any longer or I can't find it.
But you could go to your messages in your Pond5 account and click to start a new message then type in the author's name in the to field.

Thank you very much I will try that. I'm having problems with a few of several video intro's I purchased I have to be able to contact them.

Not sure why P5 took the message ability away. For some reason a few Artists don't want to be contacted. I thought this was a business and most businesses have contact information. P5 should make it an option and not turn everyone off.

That is unfortunate that the messaging option is harder then it used to be. Hopefully with kk5hy's advice you can get in touch with them.
