According to Google Analytics, a majority of you are still on Flash versions with some quite nasty security vulnerabilities.
To check what version you use, it's probably easiest to http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html. Firefox/Chrome/Opera users can type about:plugins in the url-field to see their plugin versions.
Adobe has a http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb09-10.html. We don't want to force the upgrade from our side (via required Flash version) because not everyone is in a situation where you are allowed to install software on your machines.
A note on the wall at Ericsson when I did my thesis there:
"Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean that they are not after you"
