European City Backgrounds

I'm in need of some stock footage cleared for commercial, creative use. Specifically, I need four shots to play behind an actor being shot in green screen. I am looking for static, real-time street scene shots from the following four cities: Warsaw, Bratislava, Vienna, and Rome. Also, the film takes place in the mid-1990s so it would be great to find older shots with crowds wearing period-appropriate clothing and no modern cars.
