Video question

hello all, I am a new filmmaker and was wondering if i could legally use a downloaded video if it bears the "pond5" logo across it. I most likely will end up buying some clips but I was just wondering. TIA- Woody

The downloaded watermarked video is only used for editing purposes to see if if fits your project and is to be replaced with the purchased video when you publish your work for viewing.
