Breaking News Reporter clip needed!

It would include:
Start with typical 5day weather forecast. It gets interrupted by the "Breaking News" video clip/audio announcement "We interrupt with breaking news..."
Cut to: reporter in front of news studio background reporting "Authorities are on scene where a Rialto man and his female neighbor have been found stabbed to death in his home. His wife is being sought for questioning. If you have any information, please call..."
A clip of a home with police cars, lights flashing, police tape, etc. should be in a picture frame within the scene.

If this is possible, i would appreciate a quote. This is for use in my non profit short film.

That is a pretty large production you're asking for and outside the normal stock footage world.
It would be at least 2 or 3 actors. Not sure how to pull off police cars. That would have to be unmarked cars with flashing lights. As detective type unmarked.
Some CG with the weather forecast and greenscreen reporter in front of a news studio background. Also CG or some other photo.

Not sure if I could pull this off but you would be looking at about $3k since this isn't something I could resell as stock.
Hiring actors, props, getting the CG made etc.

I can do this for you - at least the news studio parts - I am an actor with my own green screen studio - check out my samples (some are OLD - my newer work is much better) I can add lower third, image to the side, newscast music, etc
