Problem Exporting (pulldown)

When I export my clip with motion-jpeg-b codec I get a very annoying problem, for two frames my video looks fine, (if a truck drives by it ghosts, or blurs) but for the next two frames the image is completely stable, and these two interchange for the entirety of the clip. I've heard that its called pull-down, but I don't know how to fix it, can someone help out? thanks!

Here's a tutorial on how to setup your system to remove pulldown. It takes a little doing to get it set up but once you go through the process removing pulldown is automated and easy.

Hey thanks a lot, this really helped, pulldown is gone. Still have a problem now though, haha when I export what settings should I be at? no matter how I export, I still have a jittery looking .mov :-(
