Music in AE project

I am new on POND5. Help me please to find a better solution with misic inside project.

1. Can I add music inside project file if I create it myself?
2.Can I add music inside project if I buy standrart license on https://audiojungle.net/
3.Can I add link to music to any other market similar POND5 if it is not inluded
4.What type of license do I need if I want to add music inside project from POND5
5.Any other good ideas oround music inside AE project
