Duik or simply Puppet Pin Tool?

What do you prefer to use for animation - Duik script or just puppet pin tool?
I've always considered Duik to be more convenient and professional, but now I'm working for some animation company and they don't use Duik, just pupper pin tool.
What is more convenient for you? What are the pros and cons of both these methods, in your opinion?

Duik is nice. But the advantage of the puppet tool is it comes with AE. Although it's a bit limited and sometimes heavy to render. I think it's in your situation it's not really a problem. You just need to adjust to the workflow of the company and then slowly show them the advantage of Duik. Actually, the character animation looks promising as well.
