Mark II ND filter kit and other accessories

What is a good ND filter kit to get? This includes the box holder lens part :-).

I am going to get the Mark II with 24-70mm lens ( http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/264304-USA/Canon_8014A002_Zoom_Wide_Angle_Telephoto_EF.html#specifications )
and also wanted to get a ND set, since I think this is a very important thing, because I don't want crazy shutter speeds to get the proper exposure with needed DOF.

Any other tips on what to order?

Since the camera is in manual you control the shutterspeed. The F-stop is what you'll have to keep in check if you want some good DOF.

I just have a regular ND filter, nothing special and a polorizer I also use as a ND filter since it will take off another 2 stops of light.

I use the simple and easy to use Cokin filter system. It allows you to buy individual filters of all kinds including graduated neutral density. Many shots require a graduated ND filter that you can adjust the level in front of the lens. I was saying I didn't want to have to do a 1/2000 to get proper exposure at a 2.8 aperture (or whatever it would be :-) ).

One thing nice about the Cokin system is that you can stack filters.

Jake, let me know how that works out. I think to start with I am not going to get anything, play with the camera, and see what I need :-P

That's a good plan, don't get accessories until you know what you need.

The only filter I would say is something you really need is a polarizer. That can even be used as sort of a ND filter as I said before.
