Alpha Channel Not Recognized...

Fist of all sorry for this "newbie" question, but I never had to deal with videos containing alpha channels before...
I have recently uploaded some blender renders (32bit PNG codec inside Quikctime "mov" container) but although the files are treated as video files with alpha channels in everything I throw them into, their transparency is not recognized by Pond5. Even in the file description, "Alpha Channel" and "Matte" options are listed as "No"s.
I know PNG transparency is supported by Pond5 as I have seen online files with it. They even show on a grey chequered background in the preview.
Do I need to do something extra for the transparency to be recognized properly?
Thanks in advance,

Did you work this out CemAygun?
Exact same question here too - except I've used QT rle / QT Animation - mine shows up in the upload preview with a black background with washed out edges - to be fair it looks like this in Quicktime too. When inported into Blender the alpha is there and all looks good.
I'm stuck for an answer too!

Unfortunately still stuck here as well.
I believe the preview edge problem is due to the player not utilizing the full 8 bit alpha channel and instead rendering the animation in a binary fashion (each pixel either on or off). This causes the edges which normally have semi transparent pixels (neither fully on nor fully off) look jagged. As long as the alpha channel is there in it's full 8 bit glory, this should not be an issue :)
By the way I have also seen alpha channel videos online without the proper preview (looking like ours, on black background). I still don't know what the difference is. It does not seem to be the format as I have also tried other listed alpha channel alternatives.
It might be something as silly as a flag in the header/meta data etc. that our files for some reason are lacking...
I just hope somebody finds a solution soon...

Have you tried ProRes 4444?
Yes, the upload system is filled with bugs here and there. I had a clip with Alpha channel set to "yes", changed it so it also says it's Loopable, and Alpha channel was set to "no", with no way of changing it back...
