ProRes

I seem to remember seeing a reference to ProRes in the submission guidelines at some point but now I can't find it. I tried to upload three ProRes 444 clips yesterday and they uploaded just fine but then they all displayed "Processing Error". I've seen where others have been getting this same error for non-ProRes clips, so I'm wondering if it's the ProRes encoding that's causing the problem or if it's something on Pond5's end. I'd really love to be able to upload ProRes MOVs because they're so much cleaner-looking (less noise/banding) than PhotoJPEG encodes, and with smaller file sizes. Any thoughts?

Maybe...I'd love a definitive answer from the staff about this.

444 is too much, try 422 at most. But no it's not a ProRes problem, it's a server problem. 10% of my uploads fail to process ;(

I upload ProRes all the time. I have had a few issues uploading, others that aren't using ProRes also have issues.
The problem is the site, not the codec.

Prores 4444 works great especially for animations and graphics.
Prores 422 HQ works great for footage.
