What is current review time?

I uploaded by first two pieces to Pond5 two weeks ago and it still shows "Pending Review." Also, there's no confirmation by e-mail or even on the uploads page iteself once you hit the "Send to curator" button. How can I be sure my pieces went through? Thanks in advance for any help on this.
