Could proceed to register even after required fields are filled

Hi. I am interested to use Pond5 as my medium to sell my music. However, I couldn't proceed with the registration even though I have filled all the required fields.

I tried both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, and both display the similar result. I tried to enter my phone number including the country code with the '+' sign, and without. These all won't get me proceed to the next step.

Is there any way for me to get pass this?

Hi, I had the same problem when trying to register a few days ago, after filling in all required fields it wouldn't light the next button. I went back to the blanks and inserted a space in all except the VAT, suddenly that worked, hope it helps
