Can't download preview clips

I'm having trouble downloading preview clips. Whenever I try it takes me to a page with the following:

I've tried using both Chrome and Firefox and get the same message on both. Any ideas?

Works fine with me using Chrome, have you tried a different computer to download?
Could be some update you need.
