Music approval times

I'm new to Pond5 and I have started submitting items but everything is still in the queue. I uploaded my first item 8th Jan and added the tags etc shortly afterwards, so feeling a bit frustrated. Is it a particularly busy time of year in January?

2 - 3 weeks wait is fairly normal. Sometimes a little quicker (sometimes very quick) but i wouldn't be too surprised to wait 3 weeks.
