Is this good or bad for a composer who is registered with a PRO in Europe?
I can see it in two ways and it’s depending of who will pay for the streaming in the end. If it will for YouTube as it is for a TV channel I don’t think it will matter much. But, if a creator of a video clip will have to pay for the clips streaming then I think it will be the death sentence of a royalty free composer registered with PRO and it will be better to opt out from PRO
