Timelaspe movie file plays too slow after download

Hi There,
I downloaded two vido files...to make a short advertisement. When I look at the file on pond5 it moves quickly. After I downloaded it ...it moves real slow and totally loses the effect.. What can I do? The file is 726833: growing up tree animated
and I'm using it in Windows Live movie maker

1- What a beautiful clip.
2- I think you need a better editor.
3- The file is in European 25p - 25 frames per second progressive. Is your time line set for 25p? If your editor is trying to stretch the video to 30p it may be having problems with such a complex animation. If this is so, try to edit the at 24p. It is always easier for a computer to go down in frames per second that going up because your computer is not creating new frames.
4- Is your CPU fast enough to play Full HD files smoothly?
5- You can also download a professional free converter and convert it to a file that is more compatible with Movie Maker. Try:http://www.squared5.com.
