Sony A6300 footage 4k

Goodmorning everyone. I'm using a Sony A6300.
I would like to do some video for the stockfootage.

Can someone help me to understand what are the best settings for video in 4k?

The file formats available in the camera are:
1) XAVC S 4k
2) AVCHD
4) MP4

Then there is the export speech with Premiere. Unfortunately I use Windows and I saw that I can no longer use the Photo JPEG codec because it is not available.

What should I do to export the movie with a right codec?

I do not have that camera .... but you have to select the 4k setting that gives you 3840 x 2160p at 24/25/30 fps (100 Mb/s XAVC S).

I used to shoot w Sony a6300. Both 4K (quality images shot on tripod or gimbal) or slow mo 120fps are accepted here.
