RED R3D upload error

Im a new contributing artist here and I have been trying to solve an ongoing issue im having while trying to upload RED R3D files. Ive followed the guidelines very carefully uploading zipped:
trimmed R3D file + RMD ( color grading meta file) + MOV preview version all well under 6GB as stated. ( 1.75 GB in my test upload )
If it finally uploads completely, (taking 45- 60 min), status shows as "processing" on upload page and then :
" PROCESSING FAILED". Error during processing. Please try again or contact us if you continue to experience issues.
Also, if I upload a mov version of the same clip, it works.
I have contacted support many, many times and I have an open ticket for well over 6 months now. Does any one know what may be going on here?
