Items not showing in search

Hello,
How Long does it take for an item (Music) to show up on the search after it's approved? it's been almost 12 hours now and items are not showing.
All tags and item descriptions are filled perfectly.

I think this time gap needs to be considered when trying to sell items for certain occasions in the year.
