Sony HDR CX150 for stock?

Anyone here use a camcorder similar to the Sony HDR CX150? I'm not sure if the Sony HDR CX150 is acceptable for stock and it takes some time for the staff at pond 5 to get back to me. The requirements say 3ccd minidv or better (but hd cmos is not 3 chip.) I'd like to have at least a better idea if it will be acceptable. Thanks.

Pond5 isn't as strict as other places when it comes to camera type. It'd be good enough, if "good enough" is good enough for you.

The problem is its hard to generalize cmos sensors because they vary a lot., I have an old cmos camera that doesnt do purple very well, it looks very "washed out"... in the past 3 chip cameras were favored because the optics allow the colors to be more vibrant.

However my 5d2 does really great purples, the colors are very vibrant. I would chose the 5d2 over older 3 chip ccd cameras and it uses cmos.
