Friendly suggestion - please speed up review times

Please know this is not a flame but just a friendly suggestion.
I am new here and have been waiting a little more than two weeks for my first clips to be approved. Unfortunately, I am becoming frustrated by the slow review times. I do understand that 2-4 weeks is the "normal" review time.
If a company has a bottleneck (something that is choking output capacity), you should try to eliminate it. The review process appears to be a bottleneck.
I would like to suggest a change. Pond5 should consider allocating additional staff towards the approval process. There are numerous benefits to all parties involved:
* Pond5 will have lots of new content coming out daily which translates to more relevance with search engines and more people visiting and making purchases
* Happier contributors because they are seeing a quicker return on investment, and earning money faster
If funding is an issue, then perhaps recruit volunteers from among the peer group here to work on approving clips. You can put checks and balances in place to make sure your quality control standards are meet, and that things are being done fairly.

Thanks for the suggestion. Please note that for first time contributors, reviews sometimes take longer than the normal 7-10 business days, so your wait time is not out of the ordinary. We are working to lower review times, thanks for your patience.

Hi bowerstech - as someone who, at the moment, is uploading all the time I am pleased to say my review times are currently around 3-7 days so once you start the process it becomes easier!
