"Dupe alert" + Identification alert

I keep getting this requester that never goes away:

I deleted these tracks a while back (or so I thought), then re-uploaded them with the same filename. Obliviously they were never actually deleted (? or the database is not updated properly?). In any case, the new versions are approved and online but I keep getting this message and closing it only last until next page refresh.

Also, as you can see, the "Identification" tab is marked with red even though all is OK (has been reported a long time ago).

The dup message is just another bright idea from the development team which is meaningless. That message comes up if a clip fails to upload and you send through again without changing the name. That's their work around. Again meaningless!

It happen to me too, I don't know how to solve
