How do you create a template?

When you tag footage, I see "apply template," which I assume means one can copy all the tags, etc., from one clip, make it a template, then apply to another clip. But I can't find where to actually do that -- that is, make the template.

Go to upload page. You see New upload, apply csv, releases, templates. It's in the grey bar at the top of the page.

Click templates,

There you see: new template

Thanks, that worked. I don't suppose there is a way to do a "save as" of a template?

i can't submet my video file for review, how can i submet?
