Problem with uploading - HELP!

Anyone have the same problem? When I try to upload a file, it goes to 100%, but stays there, it doesn't move to another file... This happens in ftp client (the ftp.pond5 and the ftp3.pond5) and in the JAVA uploader.

Plus the file which went to 100% is then not visible in my profile.

There are at least 5 recent threads regarding this topic. Just do some reading.
