P5 team,
I see some clips using h264 now. Are you accepting them on a regular basis and do you really think that h264 has the quality needed by most buyers?

Don,

Massive Quality, Minimal Files
H.264 uses the latest innovations in video compression technology to provide incredible video quality from the smallest amount of video data. This means you see crisp, clear video in much smaller files, saving you bandwidth and storage costs over previous generations of video codecs. H.264 delivers the same quality as MPEG-2 at a third to half the data rate and up to four times the frame size of MPEG-4 Part 2 at the same data rate. H.264 is truly a sight to behold.

Not all H.264 encoders are the same, however... If you're gonna use it, get yourself a really good encoder. Sorenson or ProCoder seem to put out the best at the moment from what I've seen.

I agree it is fast becoming the standard, especially for cell phones, pocket pc, etc etc. There are still some stumbling blocks with H264 as far as quality on a big screen tv or theater screen. These issues are being worked and I've been told that a newer version is being tested now. I was just surprised to see h264 clips being sold here on P5.
